What’s on the outside might look a little different, but you can count on what’s inside being exactly the same!

You may notice that your Crawford Street Skin Care products don’t look exactly the same as they did a few months ago. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to disrupt supply chains worldwide and presents challenges to the distribution networks in Canada. One such challenge is a shortage in the supply of bottles and various closures, like pumps and sprayers. There has been an unprecedented increase in demand for packaging as companies all over the world move to making hand sanitizing products. As a result, many of our regular packaging items are out of stock.  

In order to continue to provide our products to our customers, we are accepting small changes to our regular packaging. So, for the foreseeable future, you may find that the pump on your favourite body lotion isn’t black, but white or silver. Although our brand places a great deal of importance on flawless design and beautiful packaging, continuing to provide our products to customers is our number one priority. The good news is that our suppliers are restocking these items on a weekly basis, so we hope to be able to offer you our timeless amber glass bottles and black tops very soon.
