SHIPPING
Orders made online are processed within 2 to 3 days. If an item is unavailable at the time you place your order, you will be notified regarding the wait time.
Canada and the US:
Free shipping (minimum order of $60) on all orders delivered to Canadian addresses.

We want you to keep getting Free Shipping. If we feel this policy is being abused we maintain the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
Shipping on US orders is $12, and free shipping on orders over $100 before tax. This does not include any applicable duties.
Outside Continental US Shipping:
Free shipping on orders over $100 before taxes. Other outside continental US shipping pay a flat fee of $20. This does not include any applicable duties.
International Orders:
We do ship Internationally. Please email us at crawfordskincare@gmail.com with your order and postal code. You will receive a shipping quote shortly. Orders will be shipped once payment has been received.

PO Boxes:
We do not ship to PO Boxes due to product fragility.
Customs charges:
Some duty/taxes may apply when placing an international order. The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
Shipping time:
Shipping time varies depending on location. In Canada, please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. International shipments can take 7 to 14 days. See the chart below for more detailed time estimates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason we will fully refund your money within 30 days of delivery. If you receive an incorrect or defective item we will ship you a new one at no charge. Sale & Clearance items are final sale.
If your package/products arrive damaged please inform us immediately so that we can issue a claim with the carrier. To ensure a prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
Any refund or re-shipment will be processed after the claim is filed.
